Laura's upbringing prepared her to be The Ideal Mom as her children will happily confirm. She always knows how to make the best of any circumstance.
She has served on numerous fundraising committees focusing on local community needs. Currently she serves on the Board of Directiors of the Fox Island Chapel Preservation Society. And, of course, spent countless hours of "taxi time" taking her children to concerts, ball games, music lessons and other children activities. She still had time to start preschools at two churches.
Returning to the work force as one of the first true Buyer's Agents in Gig Harbor, Laura specialized in residential sales and the word quickly spread. "If you need someone who has knowledge, understanding and vision, call Laura, she truly focuses on her clients needs."
Don came to Real Estate via the corporate route. After college, he began a sales career within the petroleum industry rising through the ranks with several companies to eventually have responsibility for the Western Region's eleven states. But as change is continuous in the corporate world, Don decided that it was time for a different challenge and after watching Lauras success selling real estate, joined her, bringing his sales and marketing skills to the team.
Balancing the responsibility he had had for over 20 years as a Cub Scout and Boy Scout leader, and now as a member of the Rotary Club of Gig Harbor, Dons business and marketing background make for a perfect fit working side by side with Laura. Today as multi-million dollars producers, Don and Laura offer their clients skills, knowledge and TLC unsurpassed in the industry.

Walking a stretch of their favorite Fox Island Beach, Don and Laura
Musgrave watch their faithful dog, Max, play at the water's edge.
Don hurls a ball down the shore and Max races to retrieve it. He
runs back and drops the wet ball at their feet. Don and Laura kneel
to embrace Max, tussling his thick black fur coat while praising
him. They know Max is always game for playtime. They also know
he's always there, wagging his tail with joy every time he sees his
owners. For the Musgraves, this is what loyalty is all about.
Loyalty truly defines Don and Laura. It's what
makes them tick. For them, it's about being there for loved ones,
